And then they go through life the same way that they always have just spinning their wheels in their business, without any making any progress on their goals or creating, they actually create a life that they don't want. And this might be exactly what you're doing right now. So let's dive in.

As a Human Design Projector, you are the Integrator of the collective.

You are designed to manage guide and nurture others and their process of creation. You are the expert of your domain and you hold the answers for the collective. You help others channel their creative life force energy efficiently.

You are brought into this world with a deeper sense of wisdom. In fact, you see deep beneath the surface observing patterns and building systems in ways that others can not to identify ways for others to do things easier, faster, or more effectively.

Your guidance is transformational at a soul level. However, not everyone is ready for you when they cross your path. It's critical for you to make sure that your transformational guidance is welcomed and ready to be received.

Your energetic strategy is to wait for the invitation or the energetic opening to share your unique gifts.

This protects your precious energy from being wasted on convincing people to trust you instead of transforming those who already know that you have the answers. Allowing recognition first amplifies the energetic impact of the gifts that you share.

Your power lies not in what you can do or how much energy you put into it, but how you show up and what you see. Allow yourself ample rest, learning, growing, and playing in between the bursts of work that you do because your work is intense and deep. Be aware of the tendency to overwork yourself, because you're trying to keep up with others around you.

As a Projector, you are out of alignment when you feel bitterness or resentment for not being seen, recognized, or valued for your insights and unique perspectives.

This can occur when you start forcing your perspective, promoting yourself without an invitation or pushing your solutions onto others. It sounds counterintuitive but the more you push force or struggle the more invisible you actually become, which perpetuates that cycle of bitterness.

This can manifest as feeling brushed off rejected or jealous of others who effortlessly succeed or get attention when you feel like you're just spinning your wheels because you didn't have the right invitation or opening to share your gifts.

Just as much as you can go deep, the bitterness you experience can also go deep and hurt at your core. You might catch yourself thinking that something is wrong with you personally not just with the relationship, the environment, or the situation that you found yourself in.

You're in alignment when you feel recognized and appreciated for your gifts, talents efforts, and you're finding success on your journey.

You'll notice your guidance is being taken and perhaps we'll even start receiving referrals from your friends and clients. People begin to recognize just how powerful you are. Your success is when you feel the sensation of accomplishment and of service, you will feel loved and supported by the universe, your community, and for your wisdom.

In order to feel this, you must trust deeply in the truth that there are people out there looking for exactly what you offer and will be incredibly grateful when they find you.

In order to be recognized by others, it's most important for you to recognize yourself first. The more you recognize yourself, the more powerful your gifts, the more you will lead others into seeing it as well.

That is how you recognize your strategy and alignment cues as a Human Design Projector.
